Outrock Capital is a privately held family office. We aren't a fund raising money from outside investors, and we aren't a national franchise handing you off to a call center. We invest our own balance sheet, which means the person you speak with is connected directly to the capital and the decision.
That structure is our biggest advantage — and yours. It lets us underwrite quickly, commit with certainty, and be flexible on timing in ways that traditional buyers simply can't. When we make an offer, it's real, and we close.
Over 15+ years and more than 1,200 transactions, we've built our reputation one honest deal at a time. Most of the owners we work with came to us because someone they trust told them we do exactly what we say we will.

Why “Outrock”
